For those of you who are looking for my version of the Plantation/AP (a/k/a Eatapeach) soap opera...I had posted what I humbly considered a really good piece of writing. BUT....in my infinite novice blogger way, I accidentally deleted the entire thing. Oh well. You win some and you lose some.

Well, you sound as if you were very sure of your feelings and had the guts to explain early on. you can feel good that you didn't pretend anything else even though his feelings were clearly hurt. Not sure I could have done that but I haven't had the same life experience as you have had. If I were to be looking now, at age 52, I would certainly know more what would work than I did at 22. Even at your age, you don't want to spend time on someone who you don't think is The One, it's unfair to both of you.
But there are probably lessons learned from this experience for both of you.
We all know that we deserve the best and what can make us happy. Hope you both find that.

Peachy, you may not remember me from chat, VenusEnvy? Anyway, I found you through Plantation's blog and I just wanted to suggest that you take anonymous comments posted with a grain of salt. He's telling you to have someone grow a pair when his pair isn't even big enough to post his real name or at least a username. 'Cause anyone knows that when someone anonymously speaks, it means crap.
this criticism coming from someone (blairBITCH) without a blogger profile or a blog. how ironic is that?
